I haven’t done yoga in freaking forever 😳😳😳 … it’s crazy because when I did do it I did hot yoga four days a week in a dark room for 90 minutes at a time 🥵🥵🥵 !!!!! It like I was suffocating from all that heat … I’m also stubborn as hell and don’t like being told what to do … I like to go at my own speed !!!!! Maybe it’s wrong but it’s my yoga journey !!!! I like momentum and speed so yoga and sitting still has always been hard for me … JUST SAYYYYYIIIIING !!!! But I did have one yoga instructor I really liked who was a silly older man who played Led Zeppelin 🎸🤘🏼 !!!!! So anyway … since COVID we weren’t able to go to classes or workout with trainers … it’s been so long and a week ago I realized how much I missed the spiritual part of yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️ … the meditation … the individualism you get out of it … and the ownership I used to feel when I did it … so holy joystick I decided to get a new mat !!!! It has an elephant 🐘 and colors like these all over it … it’s very bright and it’s round … how cool is that ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 ???!!!! I’m doing yoga again now but I feel like I’m a beginner so I am going at my own pace … I like that I have found a cool sense of consistency and structure with it so I will keep my elephant mat around a while longer 😁😁😁 !!!!!

A way of portraying her feelings is to paint 🎨 … draw ✍️ … or simply marvel … wonder … reflect … worry … or what she does best be silly 😜 !!!! A girl with a twinkle in her eye 👁 … especially one with so much fragility must always have a blank canvas in front of her face … a clean slate of comfort … the stability knowing she owns the 🖊... and whatever comes shall be !!!! Hot pink makes my tan pop 🌸👙🌸!!!! Have you seen the tattoo on the back of my neck before ???? Its Hebrew, it’s a language written backwards !!!! It says Mem Hey Shin and means healing !!!! Its my favorite tattoo but ironically you never see it 😉😉😉 !!!!!

It’s always nice to have those WTF moments … they keep us aware, right 😳😳😳 ???? And if you’re lucky 🍀 some of those WTF moments can be miracles … a couple weeks ago I drew this picture of a girl and a snake 👧🏼🐍 and I asked my friend what it meant and she asked if there was a jungle I was in search of 🤔🤔🤔 !!!!! And well now I get it … it’s #PrideMonth and I wore a fucking snake costume last week 🌈🌈🌈🐍🐍🐍 !!!! So I had that WTF moment this morning when I saw my drawing and it’s kinda funny 😂😂😂 … how did I do that 😱😱😱 ????!!!!

I held a snake at the @VMAs one time but decided to go ahead 20 years later and become the motherfucking snake myself 🐍🐍🐍 !!!! And since TRICKS ARE FOR KIDS you tricky little shits … who knows what color snake I will be tomorrow 😳🤔😏 !!!!??? STAY SAFE folks and watch out for the 🐍🐍🐍🤭🤭🤭 !!!!!

Yesterday I danced my ass off to Janet 💃🏼 and did yoga 🧘‍♀️ .... it doesn’t look that hard but it is 😳😳😳 !!!! PS ... shit my roots are horrible 🤷🏼‍♀️😬 !!!!!

OK, so @hilaryduffs kids did this ... I think its way cool 🤩🤩🤩 !!!! I always collected crystals 🔮 as a small child and my parents honestly thought it was weird that I’d disappear and theyd find me looking for rocks and crystals in peoples driveways 🪨🪨🪨 !!!! I have a beautiful collection now … but only about 10 ... I give them a lot of attention !!!! I almost feel a sort of protection when I see rocks now ... they are so strong and solid 💪🏼 ... I like holding them !!!! I used to take the small ones with me when I was younger and hide them in my pockets ... and if I was around anyone who gave me bad vibes I would hold it very tight 😳😳😳 !!!! It would give me more confidence and awareness in moments I wasnt so sure about ... I did this in a lot of interviews up until I was around 24 or so !!!! So … I saw this picture of this rock display and immediately thought of my rocks ... they have a lot of intellect we dont even know about 🧠🧠🧠 !!!!! If you ever find yourself alone and have an urge to find a connection to the universe, hold on to one of your favorite rocks … look up … and let it guide your spirit 💫💫💫 !!!! And remember - you cant mess with Mother Nature ... shes very powerful … after all she is responsible for the beauty in spring and summer 🌼🌷🍃🌻🌸... the white, glistening snow in the winter ❄️❄️❄️ ... and yes, she is a beast ... volcanoes … hurricanes … tornadoes 🌋🌋🌋🌀🌀🌀🌪️🌪️🌪️… so please pick up a piece of her today and smile 😊😊😊 !!!!! There are so many religions but the “worship of nature" is the only phenomenon ... so go pick up a fucking rock 😂😂😂 !!!!!
